“Pupils learn together and respect one another within and beyond the
classroom” - Ofsted January 2024
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our website and to thank you for taking the time to visit us.
Churcham Primary School has been serving its community since 1850, and we are immensely proud of our long history. Today, our school has two classes:
Class 1 – Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
Class 2 – Years 3, 4, 5 and 6
You can find out more about life in each class on their dedicated pages.
Churcham is a happy, friendly school, and I consider it an absolute privilege to be its Headteacher. Our motto, “a family of learners,” reflects the strong relationships within our school community and our belief that everyone, regardless of age, can learn from one another.
We also work closely with several small local primary schools and are proud members of the West Gloucestershire Schools Partnership (WGSP), which supports collaboration, shared expertise and wider opportunities for our pupils.
We hope you enjoy exploring our website. Of course, this is only a glimpse into our wonderful school. We would be delighted to welcome you in person and show you what makes Churcham such a special place to learn.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange a visit or if you have any questions.
Best wishes,
Mark Davies
Headteacher
